Disposable Feedback
"Hindsight is a powerful tool"
Disposable Feedback was created as a light hearted participatory project. An analogue form of data mining, it asked the public to donate sage advice that they would like to pass to their younger selves.
The set-up consisted of a disposable camera, a whiteboard and pen, and a question, "What Advice Would You Give Your Younger Self?". These "Advice Traps" were placed in a few public locations around London, and then left to collect whatever contributions people felt they wanted to present.
Whilst a number of the photographs contain advice that seems very specific to the creator, others provide words of wisdom which many could identify with and potentially find solace in the feeling of shared experience.

The ability to understand, after something has happened, why or how it was done and how it might have been done better
